Assistant Operations ManagerWe are looking for a high-performing, career-minded person to join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager. This is a hands-on leadership-development role. You will start by learning our business from the ground up, including residential, commercial and project window cleaning, customer service, equipment, route execution and sales. Our goal is to develop the right person into an Operations Manager who can eventually help lead our team and run day-to-day field operations. No window-cleaning experience is required.
