Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist

Providing support for consumer loan inquiries, the full-time Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will manage inbound calls, assist with loan modifications and corrections, and maintain accurate records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Resolve loan-related issues for members and support teams through effective communication and service Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and handle payoff requests in a timely and accurate manner Educate callers on loan processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines Required qualifications Minimum of one year of customer service or contact center experience High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Proficiency in relevant internal systems and basic computer operations Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
