As an Entry Level Account Manager with QAM Solutions, you'll learn how to build customer relationships, represent client accounts, and develop strong communication skills in a hands-on business environment. We provide paid training, so we're looking for potential and work ethic more than previous experience.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers.

Learn how to manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service.

Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions.

Develop communication and sales skills through hands-on training.

Maintain accurate customer information and account records.

Participate in ongoing training and team development.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are important. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but not required.
