A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager!
Location: Montebello, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree or higher
- - 5-15 years of hands-on accounting experience
- - Strong general ledger, month-end close, and year-end close experience
- - Prior supervisory or management experience
- - Manufacturing or similar industry experience
- - Sage 100 experience required
- - Experience using AI tools in a professional setting
Responsibilities:
- - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- - Manage general ledger activities and financial close processes
- - Supervise a team of 2 GL Accountants
- - Support financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
