Chesapeake Endodontics is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our specialty team. Responsibilities Welcoming and preparing patients for treatment Assisting the doctor with all aspects of 4-handed dentistry Setting up and sterilizing instruments and equipment Providing clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions Maintaining accurate patient records Helping with scheduling, post-op appointments, and payment procedures Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked Assisting with other office responsibilities as needed You’ll be a friendly, reassuring presence for patients and support the clinical team to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a dental assistant (specialty experience preferred) Active Maryland Radiology License required Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma Certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law) Why Join Chesapeake Endodontics?
