Qualifications & Experience
- Valid School Psychologist license in Washington State, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
- Recent experience delivering psychological services in a school environment
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing student support plans, and collaborating with educational teams
- Ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver focused, individualized psychological support and interventions for assigned student(s)
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in the development of IEPs and 504 plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Track and report progress, maintaining thorough documentation aligned with district and state standards
