Manager - Power Platform Architect SME

As a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the ICOE, you will support sales, solutioning and delivery for our regions globally. You will collaborate with the solution evolution lead, the asset team, managed services and the client solutions teams to drive the agenda of Power Platform at Avanade. Responsibilities Boost sales across the globe, primarily focused on your region. Support driving Power Platform adoption across the region. Work closely with the Microsoft Product Team in Redmond to drive innovation. Align with the Client Solutions teams, and work cross‑practices to promote, support and evangelise Power Platform and its roadmap. Ensure timely Microsoft support when required. Support three ICOE missions: Drive Client Impact, Advance Solutions & LOBs, and Support Practice Development. Drive utilization through a combination of business development and chargeable hours. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Power Platform consulting within a large enterprise organisation. Deep knowledge of Power Platform offerings and delivery methodologies. Strong ability to engage with C‑level stakeholders and leverage existing relations, including with Microsoft. Experience within an ATC‑I or offshore centre, understanding the operations and culture. Excellent communication skills; able to create and deliver findings and recommendations convincingly. Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities. Microsoft Global Black Belt certification is a plus. Experience with AI applications within Power Platform is a benefit.
