Pack Out Operator Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation Day Shift: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM | Night Shift: 6:30 PM-6:30 AM Position Overview: Pack Out Operators in Cincinnati keep products rolling out. If you’re ready for steady shifts, weekly pay, and hands‑on work, step up. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; 2-5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to operate production machinery and basic computer systems. Strong attention to detail with solid reading, writing, and basic math skills. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and support changeovers. Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements consistently. Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast‑paced, industrial environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability. Job Duties Operate pack‑out stations and production equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. Perform line clean‑outs, changeovers, start‑ups, and shutdowns as needed. Conduct in‑process quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOPs and GMP requirements. Communicate with supervisors and lead operators and provide coverage for lead duties when needed. Support adherence to safety programs, including LOTO, confined space, and environmental procedures.
