Travel MRI Technician | Marietta, Georgia

A highly skilled MRI technologist is sought for a pivotal contract opportunity within a busy imaging department. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in providing assistance with inpatient MRI studies and possess the independence to manage a demanding workflow. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Marietta, GA.


Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience specializing in MRI
• Current and valid BLS certification required
• ARRT(MR) certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record systems strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment efficiently, ensuring image clarity and patient safety at all times
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and support them through procedures
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within Cerner and adhere to all hospital policies
