About Us:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless execution of a wide variety of events. As a vital part of our event management crew, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of event operations, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and that attendees have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and teardown including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment.
• Welcome and direct attendees, providing information and support as needed.
• Monitor event areas ensuring the venue remains safe, clean, and accessible at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and management to ensure timely execution of event schedules.
• Manage crowd control and assist with ticketing or registration check-ins.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse attendees and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and handle manual setup tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
