Investment Director

To support Vantage's growth strategy, the full-time California Licensed Project Investments Director will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing development opportunities in airport and transportation projects, focusing on deal origination, financial modeling, and stakeholder management, with remote flexibility and occasional travel required. Key Responsibilities Screen new project development opportunities and assist in presenting information for decision-making Lead consortium creation and coordination for development pursuits, including P3 solicitations Oversee business case assessment, due diligence, and reporting to the leadership team and stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, private equity investment, or related industries Leadership experience with direct reports in a highly regulated environment CMA, CPA, or CGMA certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft applications for creating presentations and financial analyses
