You will serve as liaison for Finance to collaborate with IT to provide solutions to ensure high levels of Finance systems performance.**Let’s talk job responsibilities:*** User Support, troubleshoot and resolve user issues and questions related to Finance systems.* Liaise with users to track requirements and features.* Setup and manage Users Roles in compliance with SOX.* Manage user training and user documentation ensuring up-to-date reflection of current systems.* Collaboration with IT and developers to complete system enhancement project.* Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) and troubleshoot post integration issues from source systems to Netsuite.* Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.* Support audit requests.* Other ad hoc reporting/system administration as needed. Be able to create moderate to advance queries.**Your experience and skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer Information System or related field.* 2-4 years of Analyst or Administrator experience in financial applications, systems configuration, and/or implementation duties.* Prior experience with financial systems (Oracle ERP, EPM, NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream, Concur, Blackline) or similar systems.* Proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows, and advanced in Excel.* Excellent communicator in both written and verbal and can communicate effectively with all levels of the business.* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.**About Integrity****Integrity** is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
