Compensation Package Base Salary: $70,000+ Work Arrangement: 100% remote Responsibilities Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs. Qualifications/Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role. Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
