Hope Network in Michigan is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional who will provide oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served across diverse settings. You will serve as a shift leader, model person-centered support, promote independence, and ensure adherence to medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral plans. You will mentor, train, and orient new staff, participate in on-call responsibilities, and guide colleagues when supervisors are unavailable, helping to maintain a #J-18808-Ljbffr Hope Network
