Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, credentialing requirements, and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience in the relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates with prior employment at this facility within the last year are not eligible for placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows and expectations
