Clear Path for Advancement! Relocation Assistance! Responsibilities Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement manufacturing processes by studying product requirements. Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to improve manufacturing efficiency. Identify, propose, and implement capital expenditures (CapEx) projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes align with the overall company objectives. Implement testing procedures and manage the documentation to ensure that all processes meet the company's quality standards. Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and adhere to safety standards. Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering/manufacturing industry, preferably aerospace. Expertise and ability to own Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process. Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies. Leadership experience is a plus.
