We manufacture standard corrugated containers providing cost-effective corrugated solutions for virtually any product.To learn more about this facility and our Packaging division, please visit: .What You Will DoFoster a culture of continuous improvement to improve process control, quality, yields, and reduce defectsLead quality process improvements and training initiatives for employees within the facilityInterface with internal and external customers to assure quality expectations are met and assure vendors are meeting our material specificationsFacilitate team meetings to improve the quality process and champion Product Stewardship Food Safety processManage Monthly Quality Report for Leadership Team and all measuring of equipment to ensure GP complianceAnalyze and report to leadership teams on quality performance data while identifying and leading improvement activitiesAdminister corporate computer systems involving plant floor data collection and customer complaintsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Leadership experience managing quality and process improvements in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environmentExperience coaching and mentoring in a professional atmosphereExperience with managing and maintaining customer relations through written and verbal follow-up that includes email correspondence and video conferencing, as well as onsite visitsExperience with quality management systemsMust have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadCorrugated packaging industry experienceBachelor’s Degree or higherRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and Cause Mapping experienceStatistical Process Control experienceLean/Six Sigma experienceExperience working with BVP and KIWI information systemsHAACP CertificationAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
