You will play a crucial role in leading a team in providing Telecommunications, Video and Voice customized services and support.Manages assigned staff which includes subordinate supervisors. May manage the development of policies and procedures and ensures their conformance with the departments goals and company/customer objectives. Manages the development and administration of schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities. Manages and prioritizes engineering needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility. Keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends and then plans and advises for implementation. May oversee ordering process to effectively and economically meet objectives. Manages vendor relationships and billing reconciliations. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
