Orthopedic RN Navigator: Care Coordination

Mercy Clinic Orthopedics Southfork is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to guide patients through their orthopedic care journey, from initial consultation to surgery, recovery, and follow-up. In this role, you will coordinate care with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams, provide education, monitor progress, and help patients access timely, high-quality services within Mercy's care model. #J-18808-Ljbffr
