Our established and patient-focused dental practice is seeking a motivated and professional Associate Dentist to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
* Develop and present individualized treatment plans
* Provide quality general dentistry services including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
* Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient care and office flow
* Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
* Maintain a professional and compassionate chairside manner

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Active dental license in good standing
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
* Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

Full-time - Monday - Thursday

Pay: $160,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
