Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) for In-Home Care

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing skilled nursing services in the comfort of patients' homes throughout Western Colorado. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage and care for wounds effectively.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Communicate regularly with physicians regarding patient progress and care adjustments.

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
