Make a difference every day by supporting students' health and well-being in a dynamic school environment as a 1:1 RN Nurse. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from August through May and offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one nursing care to a student within a supportive educational setting near Phoenix, AZ. You will play a key role in ensuring the success and safety of your assigned student, collaborating with school staff, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care, managing chronic health conditions and administering medications or treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document the student's health status and interventions during the school day
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or health incidents on campus
• Communicate effectively with parents, school nurses, educators, and other professionals to support the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and healthcare needs
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state, district, and nursing guidelines
• Foster a caring and inclusive school environment that promotes student safety and well-being

Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Arizona RN or LPN license (or a multistate privilege from a compact state)
• Valid CPR certification
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric care, preferably in school nursing or similar settings
• Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Professionalism, empathy, and reliability in all interactions
