Salary Range $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st shift

Description

Responsibilities:

• In support of our Executive Director, assumes responsibility for the overall management and financial performance of the community
• Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
• Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development
• Participates in the pre-screening and move-in process, facilitating a seamless transition for residents and their families
• Develops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member
• Embraces innovative and inclusive approaches, displaying dedication to our mission and commitment to providing residents with exceptional and meaningful experiences that promote well-being

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Assisted/supportive living experience preferred
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
