Must have 12 yrs of exp w/ Internl Collaboratn- wrking in partnrship w/ multi internl deals to achieve risk approvls, deal closg, & operatnl readiness. Must have 11 yrs of exp w/ Contractl Terms Structurg- wrking w/ internl & externl counsels on contrctual structurg. Must have 9 yrs of exp w/ Team Leadrship & Traing- traing & organizg more jr members of the team. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/ Client Originatn- sourcg deals & revenues from clients by initiatg & dvlpng relatnship.
