Financial Reporting Manager

Managing compliance programs remotely, the full-time Manager, Regulatory Reporting will oversee the development and implementation of regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations while leading a team to meet reporting deadlines. Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid Lead the regulatory reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship for timely execution of submissions Develop dashboards and coordinate responses to internal and external audit data submission requests Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in the payer industry 3+ years of experience in leading teams and direct reports 3+ years working in healthcare with a focus on policies and procedures 3+ years of experience managing compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
