At Red Hill Inc., part-time stylists are supported just as strongly as full-time team members. You'll earn $25–$35 per hour on average through base wage, productivity pay, and tips, starting at $16.75–$17.35 per hour. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
