Experience: One year of approved clinical laboratory experience required (including clinical rotation through Blood Banking, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Urinalysis/Body Fluids in the U.S. or with accredited laboratory within last 5 years), OR no experience required for graduates of NAACLS-approved clinical laboratory training program 2. Certifications: Must possess MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT certification from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS; must maintain current certification if it has expiration date; SBB certification highly preferred; new graduates must complete Board Certification within 1 year of hire (Louisiana excluded) 4.
