This role with Rose INT offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale backend systems using modern Java technologies and cloud infrastructure. The position requires strong technical leadership capabilities and extensive experience in distributed systems development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend applications using Java 17 and related technologies
- Build and maintain RESTful web services for enterprise-scale applications
- Implement solutions using AWS services including IAM, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and KMS
- Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to ensure data integrity and performance
- Apply DevOps practices to ensure high availability and reliable system solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to distributed development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 11+ years of experience designing and developing software applications in Java
- Minimum 3+ years leading geographically dispersed technical teams
- Strong proficiency in Java 17 and backend development practices
- Experience building RESTful web services and working with relational databases
- Knowledge of AWS services including IAM, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and KMS
- DevOps experience and understanding of high availability solutions
- Some architecture experience preferred
- Python experience is a plus
