Remote Director of Electrical Sourcing & Strategy

Mainspring Energy, Inc. seeks a Director of Electrical Strategic Design Sourcing to build and lead the electrical commodity supply chain. You will manage a team, own the budget, and shape strategic plans that enable next-generation product architecture and best-total-cost sourcing for power conversion systems. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Legal to drive multi-department decisions, ensure manufacturability, and align supply strategies with product roadmaps.
