Job Summary: The Speech Therapist provides coordinated speech therapy services to patients and clients of all age groups under the supervision of a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). This is a key role in our rehabilitation services team. Key Responsibilities: Administer speech therapy treatment plans as developed by the SLP Apply infection control and standard precautions during patient care Accept clinical assignments consistent with education and competency Provide patient and caregiver education using effective communication skills Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Requirements: Active Texas Speech Therapist license or eligibility Experience with patients of all age groups preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus in our border community What We Offer: Competitive wages, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and the opportunity to serve the Del Rio and Val Verde County community.
