Construction Superintendent

I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Greenville, SC area to recruit an experienced Construction Superintendent. Relocation package will be offered for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple active construction projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and closeout activities. Collaborate with ownership, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project team members.
