What You Will Do:

You'll be the technical backbone turning Mediaocean's FP&A team into a governed, AI-powered data operation — owning the pipeline from ERP and other data sources through Snowflake to the tools the whole finance org and business leaders use every day.

What You Will Own:

• The end-to-end data pipeline: NetSuite → Snowflake → reporting, built to survive schema drift, API changes, and month-end without breaking.
• The Snowflake data model that becomes the single source of truth behind the Innovid/Prisma consolidation process
• PowerBI delivery — dashboards and self-service executive views the FP&A team and business partners actually trust.
• Claude integration in production — the "Ask Finance" layer of our AI-powered database, built with real guardrails so AI-assisted numbers are accurate, explainable, and traceable back to source.
• Integrate open web data from third party marketing sources, financial results & analyst reports from our public company clients into structured data that feeds our Snowflake predictive modeling tools that generates cutting-edge insights for our most senior business leaders.
• Help turn the FP&A team into an AI-first department that is conducive for an agentic environment

Who You Are:

• Strong hands-on Snowflake experience — modeling, performance, and production pipelines, not just querying.
• PowerBI fluency — building reports people rely on, not just connecting a data source.
• Real production experience with Claude or another LLM in a live workflow, including how you validate output before it reaches someone else's decision.
• NetSuite, Snowflake and SAP data integration experience and comfort partnering directly with finance stakeholders and business unit leaders.

Our budgeted compensation range for this opportunity is $150,000–$175,000 + bonus, commensurate with experience and skills. This position will be hybrid in our New York City office.
