Your mission As the Falcon 900 PIC, you will ensure uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client care across domestic and international operations. Serve as PIC for Part 91/135 flights, exercising full authority and responsibility for safety and compliance. Plan and execute flights, including performance, weight & balance, fuel, weather, and route analysis. Lead effective CRM, mentor crewmembers, and foster a just, safety-first culture. Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and client service teams to deliver a seamless experience. Maintain currency, training records, and adherence to company manuals, SMS, and regulatory standards. Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence with every passenger interaction. Minimum qualifications Total time: 3,500 hours PIC time: 2,000 hours In type (Falcon 900): 250 hours PIC in type: 250 hours Multi-engine: 1,500 hours Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours Turbine: 500 hours Total Instrument: 300 hours Type rating: Falcon 900 required License: FAA ATP-qualified Medical: First Class (Class 1) Accepted Licenses: FAA only Preferred Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in Falcon 900 within the last 24 months. Additional requirements Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided. Current passport with unrestricted ability to travel to all EU countries, Canada, and the Caribbean. FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug/alcohol testing. Ability to release records to and pass an FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) review with a System Chief Pilot. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Comfort working in and around aircraft and airport terminals for the majority of duties. Schedule & base This role supports dynamic Part 91/135 operations with domestic and international travel. Candidates must live within, or be willing to relocate to, a location that enables a two-hour call-out to their assigned home base. Ready to apply?
