Estate Planning Attorney

New Bedford, Massachusetts, United States We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to work directly with individuals and families on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate matters, and long-term estate planning. The attorney will guide clients through their options, prepare customized estate documents, and handle matters from the initial consultation through completion. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand family, financial, and estate planning needs Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Advise clients on probate, trust administration, and asset protection matters Review existing estate plans and recommend appropriate updates Work closely with paralegals and support staff to complete client matters accurately Requirements: JD and active Massachusetts Bar license required. Estate planning, probate, trust administration, or elder law experience is preferred, along with strong drafting and client communication skills. $95,000 – $165,000 per year, depending on experience, book of business, and qualifications.
