Company Overview Insomniac is a leading producer of world‑class music festivals and events. Role Artist Relations Support position reporting to the Artist Relations Manager. Responsibilities Greet artists and crew upon arrival on stage Contact artist compound staff in a timely manner to retrieve the artist from dressing rooms Be readily available and visible to the tour manager on stage as needed Communicate with hospitality when rider items need to be adjusted or delivered to stage Retrieve hospitality items from stage each night Coordinate with the stage manager regarding credentials allowed on stage at different times Ensure photographers and videographers have proper credentials for stage shooting Escalate any personnel issues to the Artist Relations Manager Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward all artists, crew and their guests on stage and backstage Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Artist Relations Preferably 1 year of management experience including team leadership and optimization Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office Work Environment Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments May work in drastic temperature climates Must be willing to travel frequently to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required Equal Employment Opportunity Insomniac strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of age, ancestry, color, religious creed, family and medical care leave, mental or physical disability, marital status, domestic partner status, medical condition, military and veteran status, political affiliation, national origin, citizenship, race, sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, intersectionality, or any other protected basis. Hiring Practices & Compensation Hiring Salary Range: $16.50–$25.00 an hour (per California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law).
