Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Meadville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong customer service, clear communication, and a people-first approach. This role reflects our agile, reliable, and innovative culture, with teamwork and integrity at the center of every shift.

Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for maintenance, access control, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, and/or potential hazards.
• Support site operations by completing routine reports, logging incidents, and sharing relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
