Position: Senior MBSE Systems Engineer (Job ID:4409) Location: Huntsville, ALJob Id: 4409 # of Openings: 1 Senior MBSE Systems EngineerContingent upon prime contractor approvalPurpose:Valkyrie Enterprises has need for a SeniorMBSESystems Engineer in Huntsville, AL.In this role you will aid the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the agency approach to engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and can use the tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.Job Description:Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.Qualifications:Must have a Master’s Degree in STEM field and at least 12+ years of experience.Must have strong Model-based engineering experience.Must have the ability to excel in a team setting.Must have experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains.Desired Qualifications:Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.), preferred.MDA Experience, preferred.Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability, preferred.Security Requirements:Must have an Active Secret clearance and the ability to maintain it.Travel Requirements:Minimal Travel; 10% or lessIf position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
