Our state-of-the-art rehab center offers a comprehensive range of services, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Niles, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Implementing and modifying treatment plans as needed
• Providing therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
• Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure in the state of Michigan
• 0 years of experience or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) looking to kick-start their career
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
