Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer aerosol treatments, Bipap, and ventilator management to patients.
  
  
• 
  Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy assist.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through daily rounding to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including documentation in Meditech and adherence to safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Maintain proficiency with current ventilator technology, including Puritan Bennet 980 and Vapotherm.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate professionalism and compassionate patient care using the AIDET communication framework.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in critical or emergency care settings.
  
  
• 
  Hold current licensure and certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate advanced skills in ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and Bipap handling.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
  
  
• 
  Maintain flexibility to rotate across inpatient units, including ICUs, and work 12-hour shifts.
