About the Role - Overnight Front Desk Host

Overnight Front Desk Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services, promotions, assisting with valet and bell requests, and answering overnight calls. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as the Overnight Front Desk Host. Wage Information

The hourly rate for this position is $24.50 plus $1.00 overnight differential.

Qualifications:

• Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred with experience as overnight host

• Must possess a professional presentation

• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Highly responsible and reliable

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
