Permanent Supportive Housing Program Assistant/Case ManagerSalt Lake City, UT | Full-Time | 36-Hour Work Week $52,000–$62,000 annuallyAt First Step House, "We help people build lives of meaning, purpose, and recovery." We are looking for an organized, compassionate, and adaptable professional to join our Permanent Supportive Housing team.This unique role combines case management and program administration. You'll work directly with residents who have experienced homelessness and may be living with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, while also supporting the organization and day-to-day operations of the program. You'll work alongside clinical, housing, medical, and other support staff to help residents maintain housing, access benefits and community resources, and build greater stability and independence.Forget the traditional 40+ hour work week!
