Assistant Service Manager

Job Title

Position Responsibilities:

1. Answering phones
2. Organizing paperwork in shop
3. Ordering parts and inventory
4. Maintaining work flow in shop
5. Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
6. Delivering a high level of customer service

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with automotive service procedures, terminology, and industry practices is preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
• Must have valid driver's license
