DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with the recruitment and interview process. Manages job requisitions and postings within HRIS (Paycom). Schedules interviews and screens candidates.
• Assists with new employee onboarding.
• Maintains HRIS including new hires, performance programs, benefits, scheduling etc. Audits HRIS to ensure accuracy of data including positions, position seats, job titles, seasonal employees, etc.
• Administers benefits plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Director of People and Culture.
• Assists with employee events and engagement programs including annual Holiday Party.
• Works with Payroll/Benefits accountant in uploading and maintaining employee files.
• Assists in maintaining the People and Culture page of the Intranet.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as HRIS enterprise systems, specifically Paycom
  
  
  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least two years’ related experience required.
