The Lead Installer (Residential Remodeling) plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Responsible for managing the quality and craftsmanship of the project, this role involves frequent travel to multiple job sites daily and close coordination with the Project Manager. The Lead Installer ensures project planning, customer communications, and hands-on installation work, including plumbing and tile, are completed with high quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate residential remodeling projects specializing in bathroom renovations
- Lead and manage the work to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with customers to understand project requirements and provide updates
- Perform installation tasks including plumbing, drywall, and tile work
- Travel frequently to multiple job sites daily to oversee progress and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
