Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service management or supervising in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols
• Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience is essential
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting tasks, and food production processes efficiently
• Prior experience in catering, banquet settings or bar environments is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to oversee shift operations effectively in a fast-paced setting

Benefits

• Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

• Control inventory levels, assist with food production, and support kitchen management to reduce waste and optimize resources
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all areas of the restaurant
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training & development of new staff members
• Support shift management by monitoring performance and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts
• Contribute to restaurant management tasks such food service management, and maintaining operational standards
