As a Dietary Cook with our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our guests' nutritional needs and promoting their overall well-being.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious and nutritious meals to our guests. You will work closely with our Registered Dietitians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our guests receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks for our guests, including special dietary requests and preferences
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management
Collaborate with our dietary team to develop and implement nutritious meal plans for our guests
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, families, and staff members
Maintain accurate records of food preparation and waste management
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on dietary trends and regulations
