What You’ll Do

• Conduct Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) screenings in NICUs across three hospital campuses
• Perform one screening per patient, primarily in inpatient settings
• Rely on nursing staff and support teams to coordinate patient care
• Document findings accurately and efficiently for up to 65 patients per day
• Support neonatal health and safety through specialized ophthalmologic assessments
• Collaborate with NICU staff to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid RN license with pediatric ophthalmology or NICU experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Ability to perform ROP screenings and work in a fast-paced neonatal environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
