This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer (Front End) based in the United States.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack application features, building complete functionality across React frontends, Node.js services, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for complex workflows, multi-step processes, and data-rich applications.
• Work alongside AI-assisted software development tools to translate technical requirements into production-ready solutions while ensuring quality through human oversight.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable React and TypeScript component libraries with accessibility built into every feature.
• Apply modern engineering practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end testing.
• Deliver frequent, incremental software releases while maintaining high code quality and platform stability.
• Collaborate with engineers through code reviews, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
• Support cloud-native application development and infrastructure deployment within secure, mission-critical environments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern full-stack development practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, along with CI/CD pipelines and software security best practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience creating responsive, accessible web applications; knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with complex web applications, document generation, workflow-based interfaces, or legacy application modernization is beneficial.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, AWS CDK, containers, or orchestration platforms such as ECS or EKS is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within an agile, fast-paced engineering team.
