This position will serve on-site at Hopkinton, MA. Responsibilities Cut copper waveguide on chop saw, de-burr waveguide, and apply braze stop to waveguide. Operates a variety of machine tools such milling machines, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions. Fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required. Typically requires completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience. Basic Qualifications for Machinist 1: High school or technical school diploma with minimum 1 year experience in a machine shop environment.
