Day in the Life of People Operations Coordinator Build and distribute HR reports related to compensation, attrition and other data points. Create and deliver high quality presentations using PowerPoint. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Communicate clearly and professionally across departments. Manage Relias Learning Management System. Support HR Compliance function as needed. Manage the new hire and onboarding process. Assist with processing of terminations. Schedule & Locations Beautiful downtown Greenville office location! East Broad Street with parking. Monday through Friday (8-5) Education and Licensure Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business required, degree in Human Resources preferred, with at least three years of professional experience preferred. Must be proficient in Office programs, including Excel, and HRIS computer or internet-based databases.
